It has been snowing since Sunday night. Yesterday (Monday)we got at least 8 inches. This morning we woke up to another foot of snow! This photo is a picture of the overnight snow amount. The girls had cleared off the picnic table yesterday. Our district cancelled school! The first snow day in 44 years!!! The girls were sad because they had Christmas activites at school today but they went out and played in the snow for 2 hours and felt much better! Ethan wasn't the least bit sad that school was cancelled. He went around the neighborhood with the boys that live next door and helped people shovel out. And it is still currently snowing. Here are a few more snow pics.
This is the snowman the girls and I built on Monday after school. The next picture is what he looked like this morning.
Maybe we will have a white Christmas. It is supposed to warm up and turn to rain so we will have to see what is left on Saturday. Have a Merry Christmas!!!
