 Lew and I hiked to the peak of Timpanogos Mountain. We took a wrong turn somewhere, so our total mileage ended up at 18 miles. We made it round trip in 6 hours! Lew is tougher than nails. I'm very proud of him. He is amazing!

 We were so high that we were above the mountain goats. Here is one at the tip of my finger. Please reference old family videos for the humor of this picture.

We had such a fun time at the cabin and during the Dirty Dash! We are so happy to have a great family that likes to have fun and get dirty. You are great, tough runners!!
