Hello there!

It's been a while since we have seen everyone. Here are a few pictures to show what we have been up to.

Ruby had her spring dance concert. The song she danced to was Make Your Mark. She did a really, really good job. She had a beautiful smile and looked like she was having a lot of fun. She has become a beautiful dancer. 

Ruby played spring soccer. Her team was with girls only. She really liked that because boys are always more aggressive, and now she was not afraid to get in there and kick! She had a great season. Her team -The Ladybugs, did not get a win, but they were close every game.  Her coach was a lot of fun and taught the girls so much. She is planning on playing again in the fall.

 

Zane also played soccer this spring. They were called the Diamond backs. Zane's favorite position was goalie. His soccer playing has improved so much since last spring. He likes throwing the ball in and when the ball is at the other end of the field he entertains us with the moon walk. His team didn't win a game either, but in this league they don't really care about the score. 

 

We also went to Disneyland in March! We made it a quick, cheap-as-possible trip. Ruby loves Minnie Mouse! We got Zane warmed up to rides, so he had a better time this year. He enjoyed going on Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain (about 20 times because there was no line), the Matterhorn, and the new Cars ride. Ruby is the dare devil in the fam and she loves any fast ride. The Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is her favorite, but it was closed for repairs this year.

Zane got a quick picture with a Storm Trooper. He really loved the Star Wars ride. Lew could stomach it better than me, so he had to go on it a few times with Zane.

I had to include this cute picture of Zane. I took it when we were in Grandpa Larry's truck during the Buffalo hunt. Zane is wearing Grandpa Larry's hat. Check out those luscious lips! That kid is so cute!

Kennecott had a big slip in the mine. Because of that Lew has not been able to work so much. And because he cannot be lazy (we know where this comes from) he has been making things. Please see previous post of the beautiful pie safe. And if you would like to donate a pie to put in there, we are fine with that. Anyway, this is a decorative nail that Lew has made. He now has an etsy account and is selling these little babies in his store.

Lewis is also making coasters. They are also for sale in his shop. Sweet huh! We are making a little website to show all of his projects. When it is up and running I'll post a link to it. I am preparing to run 2 half marathons. Sorry no pics of me sweating.
